RAW France is the creation of Rachel and Alexis, an Anglo French couple living in Reims, at the heart of the Champagne region of France. Rachel is English, has studied French and champagne at university in England and now enjoys living in France. Alexis is French, born in Reims and lived all his life in the small village Sacy. He is part of the family team of champagne producers which has existed for five generations with their delicious range of champagne known by the name of Wafflart-Briet. By using Alexis and the Wafflart family's champagne knowledge and Rachel's language and tourism skills, we want to welcome you to the beautiful region of Champagne in north-east France and teach you about the wonders of champagne!
